We have negotiated agreements with many insurance companies which outlines our Pricing, Services provided, and Billing Procedures. By law, as an insured, you have the right to choose a glass shop of your own choice. The insurance company cannot specify, or dictate, that you to go to a particular service center to have your repair or replacement made. If AUTO GLASS WORKS is your glass shop of choice (and we hope that we are), you can call us and we will handle the paperwork and all of the billing details for you. We even contact your insurance company, set your claim, and do all the paperwork, saving you time and making your repair or replacement trouble free.
